I think it's the 'You're welcome' that earns this post a special place in the Hall of Suck.

Nothing like gratuitous condescension when you're overtly refusing to answer a simple and direct question. If I were Ms. Rhodes-Conway, I'd ask my putative supporter to kindly stop so publicly rolling around in her own shit.

I liked the "you're welcome" part too. It really helps when you don't have evidence to offer.

But if past performance is any indication of present performance, this poster isn't here to support a candidate at all. She just comes over here to exercise ill temper at random intervals. Then she crawls back under her special rock, sometimes for months. There's no pattern or significance to it beyond throwing insults at somebody she thinks is a librul, which gives her such a crowded pool to fish in it's not even fun.

I'm not surprised. I'm strongly considering Rhodes-Conway if I decide not to vote for Soglin.

Every vote that Brenda would have gotten now goes to Rhodes-Conway. The people who support R-C were really irked when Brenda got in the race, claiming that no other candidate was truly progressive with a commitment to social justice.

It was well known that Ms. Konkel planned to run long before Rhodes-Conway announced. While Brenda technically got in after Satya, Brenda was already in line. How irked can you be when something known and expected happens?

If the motivation for the TRC board was to damage Brenda's mayoral bid, they could have accomplished this by doing the professional thing and put her on probation while still keeping her passionate work going at the TRC.

From my distant viewpoint, Brenda Konkel handled herself very professionally after getting fired. She didn't employ "scorched earth" tactics and is still willing to help the center. If I'd been treated like that, I'd be long gone and would let the place burn to the ground. But Brenda is a better person.
