He's never called me that. And I haven't been absent from this forum.

I don't even know who that is. My only guess would be Stebben, but he chose to leave at least two months ago.

I have this vestigial notion that Schwinner is/was Chuck Schick, but that could be way off.

It's Ned's pet name for Marvell (alternately, Schwinn Man). Something about a Schwinn that Ned (alone) found amusing.

Eh. Marvell seems to be a bit of a lurker these days, but he isn't completely gone. Perhaps he's got a bit of a Beetlejuice complex, but you only need to say his name once.

Brewers win! If they win again tomorrow (and Hader never took the mound, which is good) they go to the World Series.

Go Brewers! And fuck you Ned. Just 'cause.

You've never been the sharpest knife in the drawer, Ned.

who/ is schwinner?

Our good friend Marvell. So nicknamed based on his bike-path heroics. Hilarious old-time thread.

You didn't think the story and subsequent ball-busting was funny?

i think "stub dick" is a better sobriquet. he shows up with chips on both shoulders and the top of his flat, gratuitous-profanity-spewing pate, then after spinning round the forum for a few weeks, he gets scared off by the monochrome crybaby. sad, as the chief would say/tweet . . .
