Talking Heads

Went to see "Stop Making Sense" at cinematheque last night. Great show! I was surprised that the crowd did not get more excited, but I had fun!
Cinematheque is a real treasure.

It really is a fantastic film.

I've had the pleasure of seeing it twice on the big screen -- once upon initial release and once a decade or so later -- and both times the audience was mostly on their feet dancing, just like they were at an actual rock show, so I'm kinda surprised to hear this too.

I saw it on VHS a few decades ago.

A friend of mine who doesn't even like the band said it was the best concert movie ever, so I watched it. Loved it.

I saw them during the "Stop making sense" - twice. It was awesome. The film is good.

Because politics is polluting everything, I'm going to link to this - just read the first few comments.
