How many Overture shows have you seen?

Theater, Dance, Visual Arts, Music That Doesn't Rawk, Overture issues, etc.

Thanks for that breakdown Kurt. If you go to one free show a year, then it's pretty much a wash. If you don't go, then think of it as paying for a kid's free show, or giving a kid the opportunity to perform in the rotunda.

In my experience kids really love field trips to Overture, and in the public schools the trips are free.

I don't know if that justifies the whole thing but it does bring happiness and variety to kids' lives, which is not trivial.

How many? Just a few--- the Moody Blues w/orchestra. The Lion King. Those guys from "Who's Line is it Anyway?" All very enjoyable.

I saw my first paid show at the Overture last weekend, the Lion King. Enjoyed it. $55 for a balcony seat high up.
