A 35-year-old woman is facing charges after she stabbed a man Sunday morning who didn't pay the full cost for sex, officials said.
The Monona Police Department said officers responded at 5:13 a.m. to the Kwik Trip on East Broadway for a report of a stabbing. The two people involved were still present.
According to the report, as officers arrived to the scene, the woman, Tanisha R. Fowler, exited the store. One officer pointed his Taser at her and a second officer pointed a less-lethal shotgun at her.
