this fellow is lucky it is not a peacock (pavo cristatus linnaeus 1758) or a hyacinth macaw (anodorhynchus hyacinthinus latham 1790) the latter with extremely destructive beaks because of something like the bite force of a crocodile (crocodylus niloticus laurenti 1768) which can result in wooden perches in cages being busted in one bite, bent metal items, and missing fingers on people and so forth . . .

I love it when the weatherperson on channel 3 prefaces the forecast with a traffic report, and the map shows travel going smoothly in the non-functional westbound lane of Monroe Street. I always get a chuckle out of that.
