Good points, all Snoqueen. I suppose what I meant was that the WSJ is PART of Trump's natural constituency, the "Trumpista Elite," if you will. And he may be losing a significant percentage of them. But you're right to point out many more millions of Trump voters get their "news" from either FOX or... the Disney Channel, perhaps.
Meanwhile, there appear to be, day after day, more chinks in Trump's armor - defections on the part of a handful of GOP Senators. Nothing like enough yet to bring about a Nixonian scenario, like back in Aug. '74, when Tricky Dick was forced to abdicate, because as many as 10 Senate Republicans were prepared to join the majority Dems (who numbered 56 in the Senate) in voting to force Nixon's removal from office. It's true that now it would require about 20 Senate Repubs to join such an effort, but still... hopeful signs, from the article posted below?

Largest-ever group of migrant families tunnels under Yuma, Arizona, border fence

376 of them, to be exact. They didn't even have to use a ladder.

The lawsuit discussed below is weeks overdue. I've been wondering a lot lately how much longer the much maligned and abused federal work force will stand for Trump's misusing them as a political punching bag, for a "cause" totally unrelated to the work most US Government employees do. FBI agents, of all people, going without a paycheck for more than three weeks now? Taxing "G-men's" (and G-women's) patience, to say nothing of severely endangering their economic viability... indefinitely? Without Trump, McConnell and their ilk paying a very dear price, eventually, at the polls..? I doubt it.
Not to mention the air traffic controllers and their supervisors, similarly mistreated. Or the FDA food inspectors who are no longer inspecting the food we eat... the EPA personnel thwarted from trying to prevent the next Times Beach Missouri, the next Love Canal, New York, the next ultra-toxic Superfund site... maybe in YOUR backyard?
SERIOUSLY?
This generation of Americans either has a rendezvous with destiny, or a 426 car pile up straight into that unyielding cul-de-sac of inevitability. Maybe both. Something's gotta give, and when it does, we non federal employee types might as well stand aside while the righteous wrath of the hard working people who've been so disrespected, disdained, and just plain ripped off by that bombastic behemoth in the White House... reveals its political fangs.

^^ Pretty much this, racism and petty insults are all this presidency is about now.
