Packers 2017

Postby Beaver » Tue Sep 12, 2017 3:06 pm

Off to a good start. Looks like a 10-6 season. Need 4 wins in a row midseason to make up for a tough schedule at the start (3-3) and finish (3-3). There only road wins may be at Chic and Cleve, then they need to win all 8 at home.

9/10 Seatt W
9/17 at Atlanta L
9/24 Cincy W
9/28 Chicago W
10/8 at Dallas L
10/15 at Minn L
10/22 New Orleans W
bye
11/6 Detroit W
11/12 at Chicago W
11/19 Balt W
11/26 at Pitt L
12/3 Tampa W
12/10 at Cleve W
12/17 at Carol L
12/23 Minn W
12/31 at Detroit L

A spoiler tag would have been nice.

My predictions are good, but not perfect. I may be wrong about a couple of these.

Couldn't you consolidate this into a Packadgers 2017 thread?

Only question now is how many ints will Hundley throw each week? 3? 4? Where is Matt Flynn? Robert Griifin? We better start looking for them.

Lighten the fuck up on Hundley. There must be a good reason the Packers still have him as backup quarterback after 3 years. Perhaps they have confidence in him? Give him a chance to fuck up major big time before you call him out. You'all were able to do it it for Trump. All I am saying, is give Hund a chance.

Doesn't matter if forons give him a chance. The only thing that matters is MM and TT are giving him a chance.

Hope he pleasantly surprises everyone.

Fan steals Lombardi's cap at the Ice Bowl. Vince chased him down... Ha!

No int's or Loss for Hundley this week. It's a bye. How about those Vikings?

Three straight games scoring fewer than 20 points, longest streak since 2005. Hundley ain't the answer.

He threw pretty good passes after he warmed up. If he would've hit Adams on the wide-open bomb, Crosby made his first field goal, and Daniels didn't seriously screw up with the unnecessary roughness penalty, it's a different conversation. It all depends on his improvement in the next few games, and consistency for the rest of season if he lasts that long. Even though he's been "in the system" for 2-1/2 years now, you have to think it's almost like being a rookie to become comfortable and get your timing down during a real game when you're finally thrown into action
