As I stated in another thread, Larry Sanders did not go to the UW and is not a Badger.

I didn't say he went to UW. He was a Buck so a WI athlete.

If this goes to trial, I'd be surprised if he prevails. Maybe he's banking (pun intended) on UW settling out of court.

It seems dicey. In a sport where you can become paralyzed, can you honestly say "I would not have played if I was aware of this lesser but still severe possible outcome?"
