http://electoral-vote.com/
"Walker Has a Pretty Good Night: Gov. Scott Walker (R-WI) easily secured his party's nomination for another term, trouncing his opponent by 83 points. Further, while he declined to publicly endorse any GOP nominee for the Senate, he worked behind the scenes to secure the spot for Leah Vukmir. She won a comfortable victory over Kevin Nicholson, 49% to 43%.

With that said, it was only a pretty good night for the Governor, not a great night. First, because the Democrats chose Tony Evers as his opponent, and Evers has a sizable lead in most polls of the race. Second, because Vukmir is all-but-certain to lose to incumbent Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D), who was unopposed in her primary contest. Third, because 82,000 more Democrats showed up to vote on Tuesday than did Republicans on Tuesday (538,000 to 456,000). "

Second former Walker official comes out against him
https://www.channel3000.com/news/politi ... /783822619

"Former Financial Institutions Secretary Peter Bildsten appears in a new digital ad for Evers released Monday. In it, Bildsten says Walker's team discouraged him from creating documents that would have to be released under the state's public records law.

Bildsten also says he was required to meet with special interests who had donated to Walker's campaigns. Walker's campaign did not immediately return a message seeking comment."

Ex-Wisconsin DOT secretary criticizes Walker over roads
https://www.channel3000.com/news/ex-wis ... /792651436

"A former Wisconsin transportation secretary is criticizing Gov. Scott Walker for suggesting the state could save money by declining to add lanes when it rebuilds roads. Republican Mark Gottlieb says Walker has been "increasingly inaccurate" in describing Wisconsin's highway system.

Walker contends people may drive less in the future. But the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports Gottlieb notes traffic has been increasing since the 2008 recession."

Yet more disingenuous, dissembling deceit from the dirtbag Walkerites...
The lying, fraudulent ad (below) for Illegitimate Governor Scott Walker is so heinous, so salacious, so licentious, so genitally-fixated, it's probably had the effect of turning the entire viewing audience into a mad mob of POLITICALIZED SEX MANIACS.
Fortunately, I've immune to their effect.
Fortunately also, I don't get cable... but that's another digression entirely.

Kid friendly? Rich kids maybe.

Koch-funded group drops another $1.3 million against Evers
https://www.channel3000.com/news/politi ... /794879733

"Americans for Prosperity-Wisconsin announced Friday it was launching a second ad targeting Tony Evers. It comes after the group spent $1.8 million on an ad in August...The first Americans for Prosperity spot focused on Evers praising Walker's state budget in 2017 as being kid friendly. The latest ad argues the state can't afford Evers because he's promised to look at all options for road funding, including a higher gas tax and toll roads."

It's nice of them to remind voters of Walker's complete failure on transportation funding issues.

Well, wow. Nobody who may have viewed my Farcebook page cared enough to even answer a legitimate question like the one I posed: Where can I get an "Evers for Governor" yard sign? Nobody even bothered to tell me I "should look on Evers' website for the damn thing." Which would be helpful, of course, but I did want to know if anyone else is as passionate about getting rid of the dreaded and deleterious Scott Walker regime, even if it entails the obvious necessity of voting for the less-than-perfect Tony Evers. (A rhetorical question on this here forum, of course.)
I think I may know a partial "why," however:
"It's election season, but where are all the political yard signs?"

The emphasis is on social media and TV ads. Yard signs are now considered passé.

I agree. Has any election been decided by yard signs? Now it's all about big money, ads, internet trolls, Russian hackers. But for those who like lawn decorations and vandal invitations:

"Great news! The yard signs are in! Starting now we have yard signs for Tony/Mandela, Josh and Sarah at our county office locations:

Middleton - 6709 Frank Lloyd Wright Ave.
Oregon - 784 N Main St. (call 291-0512 for availability)
Sun Prairie - 1150 W Main St.
Stoughton - 135 W Main St. #209 (email stotondems@gmail.com for availability)

Stop in and get a sign (and sign up for knocking and calling shifts while you’re at it!). We are asking for $2 per sign contributions. We will also have them at our table on the corner of N Pinckney and E Mifflin at the Saturday Farmers Market. We will have other events where signs will be available. Stay tuned to find out more on getting yard signs!"

Walker, translated.
My wife is Type 1 diabetic. My mother is a cancer survivor. My brother has a heart condition. Covering pre-existing conditions is personal to me. And it’s the right thing to do. As long as I’m [working for the oligarchy], [everyone in my family] with pre-existing conditions will always be covered.[The rest of your are SOL]

I don't believe this. It's not worth Trump's time because they know Walker will win.

Advisers telling Trump not to campaign for Scott Walker because he is going to lose, Washington Post reports

Fourth former Scott Walker secretary comes forward to criticize governor
https://madison.com/wsj/news/local/govt ... c9027.html

"A fourth former secretary for Gov. Scott Walker has come forward to criticize the Republican governor after resigning from his job leading Madison's economic development agency in order to speak more freely. Paul Jadin, the first CEO of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp., informed the board of the Madison Region Economic Partnership on Wednesday that he was resigning from his $208,000-a-year job. He said the resignation was necessary to avoid entangling the agency with his political activity.

On Thursday, Jadin released to the Wisconsin State Journal an open letter, co-signed by former Corrections Secretary Ed Wall and former Financial Institutions Secretary Peter Bildsten, slamming Walker and endorsing Walker's Democratic opponent State Superintendent Tony Evers. Both Wall and Bildsten have recorded videos for Evers' campaign."

While Trump praises Walker (and vice versa), it might be counterproductive for him to hold a rally in Wisconsin. Where would he go, probably not Milwaukee nor Madison? Maybe Waukesha or even Green Bay? Wisconsin is a purple state with many independents who seem to be turning on Trump, especially politically independent white women, who will likely show up at the polls.

Trump's presence is a GOTV effort. He's not likely to change anybody's mind at this point.

The announcement of the visit says Trump will talk about the need for voters to expand Republican majorities in the House and Senate. It specifically mentions supporting Republican Leah Vukmir who is running against Democratic U.S. Sen. Tammy Baldwin.

There is no mention of Republican Gov. Scott Walker, who is up for re-election against Democrat Tony Evers.

Looks like he is more worried that Baldwin (who is leading in the polls) might win.
