I do hope Beaver takes the time to read them. All celebrities aren't the same. Anthony Bourdain wasn't a saint, but the man did an awful lot of good.

I hesitantly agreed to watch some of his shows a few years ago and being someone who couldn't care less about food, I was pretty sure they weren't going to take for me.

I was wrong. The guy tells (told) the story of a place beautifully, with a little grit and a laid back style that seemed honest and without pretension. He wove the food scenes in without letting them become the show. I truly enjoyed his work and will miss him.
