Go to Woodmans, buy the cheese, bread, and a red onion. DIY

If Woody's is out of cheese, Metcalfe's always has it.

Me, one day a year. My fixins depot of choice is Jenifer Street Market. Pumpernickel, white onion, garlic summer sausage, and a block of limburger. Stay off my turf on the second Saturday in August, but the other 364 days of the year are all yours.

EDIT: Huh, they do use red onion. Had it in my head they were white onions all these years.

Not sure why I didn't think of that. It has been a while, is it just a stone-ground mustard?

Thanks to you both.

Any grainy mustard will do. Avoid bright yellow or anything with sweet in the name. In Monroe they use generic brown bread, nothing fancy but pumpernickel or marble rye would be good.
Enjoy.
