A much-wiser and less-uglier person than you said that it's like ten thousand spoons when all you need is a knife. That's good enough for me.

And it is funny the things you choose to respond to, and the things you claim you are "through with".

Plus, it is funny when a grammar/spelling/definition police-officer makes such blatant mistakes when they are calling others out on an alleged violation.

The thing is, I wasn't laughing at the mistake so much as your buddy's inability to recognize it after fennel had already pointed it out. I get that nuance ain't your thang but you really don't need to continually flaunt your already obvious weaknesses about how language works.

I know enough about the English language to know that "running for Prez" can be defined in a couple different ways, with a different date (sometimes up to a year apart) for each different event, which is more than you knew. Also know what the word "misinterpret" means, which is another definition that seems to fail you. Plus - I even know that it is common sense, rather than extremely stupid, to bump a question in the same thread it first appeared in.

And rest assured, people ARE laughing at your mistakes...and laughing heartedly.

I know that at least one penquin is but I'd be very surprised if any actual people (aside from fffflatuleau that is) for whom English is their first language are. (Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?) One thing is clear- you sure do love when I insult you. That's the only explanation for why you keep coming back begging for more.

You've been insulting me? Haven't really noticed. I mean, you've been tossing quite a few bigoted slurs my way but that can't really be considered insulting anymore then when a toddler calls someone a "poopy head". I find your attempts to flame me as "cute" rather than "insulting". Would tell you to "up your game", but that implies you had any game to start with.

And just 'cause most folks ignore you on here doesn't mean you aren't being talked about elsewhere...one of the blessings (curses?) of having the same name online and offline is that friends & co-workers can read what is written in various forums, and will discuss it with ya in the "real" world. So yeah - laughter has been shared over the whole "Running for Prez" convo, and we weren't laughing with you.

Tell you what, why don't ya get these "friends" of yours to sign up. We could use more posters around here.
Of course imaginary people might have a hard time establishing a valid email account so I won't hold my breath, poopy head.

You keep going on & on & on about how you're so much smarter and so much more intelligent, and yet you lay down the "your friends are imaginary" card?

*rolls eyes*

What a fuckin' amateur...

Hey now...I didn't see your thread until after I had posted here.

And really - you complaining about THIS thread getting all stanky? Come on now - this thread was created for the purpose of stank...it ain't as if we're messin' up an important or serious topic.

Now close the window - 'cause you're letting the stank out.

No. I don't care what thread you two are sniping on, I just wish one of you would stop trying to get in the last word and let it die already. I feel like there's a better chance of convincing you to be that guy, since Bland is on record saying he's just trolling you. That you can't stop yourself suggests to me he might be at least a little bit right when he argues you have trouble understanding what other people write. He's told you flat out he's just going to insult you if you keep engaging him yet you just keep engaging him anyway, to what purpose I cannot fathom. In other words, he's being the bigger jackass but you're being the bigger fool. Just my two cents worth of constructive criticism.

Let's see, in the past few days we have
4 new threads dealing with the Muller investigation, created after one already was started.

Same as it ever was.

The administrator and the owners here love lots of threads: it means activity on an otherwise moribund board.

Right: 3 separate threads on the JFK files, with no responses. Real lively conversation there!

Yeah, I think I'm going to bail for awhile. I think another frequent contributor already has. I haven't seen her chime in on anything for a few days now.
