I liked the Hop Jockey. Decent flavor and body. Abv at 8.2 had a bit of a wang to it.

Lakefront has stepped up its game in the last couple of years.

I really enjoyed a beer they used to do around the early oughts, but can't remember the name of it and they seem to no longer make it. Kind of anchor steamish. I really did like the HopJockey, and after a few misses hadn't really had their beer in a long time. I would like to try their fishfry sometime as I hear it is the cat's pajamas. But that would mean I need to go to MKE, another thing on my things to do for the past five years. Damn you high-speed rail.

Door Co Brewing Little Sister Witbier, super citrusy and spicy. The coriander is off the charts. On tap at Osteria Papavero.
