No new beer due to shutdown

Postby Henry Vilas » Tue Jan 08, 2019 11:02 am

When breweries want to introduce a new beer, it must first be approved for sale by the AFT, but the employees of that federal agency has been put on furlough because of Trump's government shutdown. So no new beer will be coming out soon.

that was interesting to contemplate -- "government shutdown 2019 lager . . . teacher tested & teacher approved" it helps long hours of no work at the label-approval office & lab fly right by . . . not as much as hydrocodone or dillies, of course, but i guess folks cannot have everything . . .

This retired teacher prefers ales to lagers.
