I was referring to the piles of stuff that is common on today's burgers, such as bacon, cheese, onions, mushrooms etc.

Regardless, good beef has plenty of flavor, and doesn't require the toppings today's youths prefer either. What you seem to fail to acknowledge is that there isn't a commodity goat market the way there is a commodity beef market; there is really no such thing as cheap, mediocre goat. It's all raised the way good beef is raised, more or less. Good beef, on the other hand, is only a percentage of All Beef Out There.
