Re: Why does GOP support Trump?

Well, there is this guy... Trump may have his first 2020 Republican challenger with former Massachusetts governor https://www.cnn.com/2019/02/15/politics/bill-weld-2020-exploratory-committee/index.html And despite that, Weld vouched for Hillary Clinton, even saying at one point he's "not sure a...

Why does GOP support Trump?

I want to know, why is the Republican party supporting Trump? They can't all be colluding can they? What are they afraid of? Can't they take him aside and "make him an offer he can't refuse?" or did the Russians beat them to it?

Or maybe if their mistress got pregnant. They're only using the abortion issue to get votes. When I was younge...

Comics-Cartoons-Suggestions

I've stopped reading much hard copy. I miss reading Larsen, Real Life Adventures, Jules Feiffer, Playboy cartoons.

I'm looking for suggestions for finding similar comics online.

Please post suggestions here!

Re: Trump will sign bill, declare a national emergency

In 2013, Democrats voted for approximately $8 billion in better barriers and $40 billion in enhanced border security. While a barrier is just one step in fixing our broken immigration system, it is an important step. Democrats should put politics aside and agree to the better border security, inclu...

Trump will sign bill, declare a national emergency

Trump will sign funding bill, declare a national emergency, McConnell says https://www.cnn.com/2019/02/14/politics/donald-trump-wall-funding-bill/index.html It wasn't immediately clear which path Trump would choose to secure border wall funding through a national emergency declaration. White House a...

Re: mass transit update

For some reason, this reminds me of those old buses, I just barely remember. I think they ran on electricity and had this extension on top which connected to a wire above. This would have to date back to the 50's..

Staying Warm?

I just thought I'd try to have a little fun here... What do you do to get warm and stay warm? Kitty likes to sit on my lap. My place is small, so an old pot of water, on low, during the day, makes a difference. I keep brandy in the house at all times. Leg warmers Fleecewear Exercycle Oven cooked mea...
