Re: Loss of small, independent pharmacies

Down here in the Burque we have a nearby place called Duran Central Pharmacy, where we prefer to go for our meds. Not only do they have a funky gift shop, they also have a small greasy spoon that serves some of the best red chile in the state. For an occasional treat we'll stop and have the cheese e...

Re: President Trump Visits Mexico

Trump is pretty much a textbook pussy. Had to run a thousand miles away before going back to his "Gonna build a wall and Mexico is gonna pay for it!" line. What a sorry sack of shit. Sad!

Re: Governor from Hell

He used to talk about how crazy LePage was. He moved to Arizona. Don't know if he's still there. Ha! Didn't see this, but yes, I moved to Maine in 2006, and lived there until 2013, when I moved to New Mexico (work in Santa Fe, but live in Albuquerque). LePage is the embodiment of the current GOP- a...

Yup, that place has been a nightmare for the Badgers over the years.

Badgers haven't beaten the Cats in Evanston this millenium.

Her accomplishments make her a fine candidate for Selectman for the Town of Lexington Massachusetts.

Re: What movie have you never seen?

I have never watched Schindler's List or Titanic. Could never garner enough interest in the latter, nor enough stomach for the former. I have watched Gone With The Wind. I DVRd it one evening several years ago when TCM was presenting the favorite movies of a variety of different celebrities. I had h...

Re: Subaru gets tune up

I have read that a significant percentage of California voters have voted early. I don't know of any evidence that last night's announcement will suppress turnout for any particular candidate.

I'm still gonna vote in ABQ this afternoon, even though I have to leave work early to do it.

I second the Don Julio, but I prefer the reposado (I prefer nearly all reposados to anejos, fwiw).

More affordable are Milagro and Corralejo.
