"Almost all"?

You must know most of them to have formed such an informed, though humble, opinion.

I fear that it will come sooner than later.

Then shouldn't you be busy repenting for your own sins and spending much less time judging others? I've heard that your god is against that sort of thing.

Re: Harris fires a shot accross Pocahontas's bow

And if we are fortunate enough to have a President Warren, the Native American heritage issue will disappear down the same memory hole. I hope this was intended as sarcasm. No. Not at all. Read the post I was responding to about why the media dropped Trump's sex offenses after he won the Presidency...

Re: ice ice baby

A lot of the rubber slip-on styles work great. I prefer either simple carbide spikes (Snow Trax) or more aggressive chain styles (ICEtrekkers). The popular coiled wire style of Yaktrax seem unstable to me. They're in the trunk for emergencies only.

Re: I shaved tonight for the first time in a month

I let mine grow every year for deer hunting, a tradition I got from my dad. He was on the road a lot, so it was always weird to me, as a kid, when he just came home one day with a full beard. It usually only lasted about a month, and then I was even more shocked when I would first see him without it...

Re: "Murder after Birth"

Mrs. jman and I like to flip through the various cable news stations in the evening to see just what the talking heads are screaming about each day. When similar stories are being covered, the differing perspectives are quite enlightening. More often, though, the subjects differ vastly between the s...

donald trump, psychopath -- maybe sociopath too? Yeah, about that: Tony Schwartz, the author who co-wrote Donald Trump’s blockbuster book The Art of the Deal, spent 18 months in close proximity to the future president. (...) Trump is a sociopath, Schwartz said. “He is willing to say anything, to li...

Re: Random thoughts

I wonder if it's a tilt-shift lens, or something similar. I was directed to this after being intrigued by a video segment I kept seeing (the Late Show intro - director's cut on YouTube ). I gave up on the specifics long before I finished reading the whole thing. It definitely looks like a small mode...
