ST PATTY'S DAY

Postby blunt » Wed Mar 14, 2007 5:25 pm

Ah, the time when out-of-towners converge en masse and everyone wears one color and starts drinking at 8am until they puke.
Just like Badger Game days except there's no game.

My favorite thing is watching families at the Shamrock as it slowly begins to dawn on them it's not just an Irish bar.

Anyone know of any good drink specials? I'm assuming many places will have green beer and all the Irish bars will be doing something I'm sure. I just don't want to bounce around until I find something good.

Since its on a Saturday this year, its going to be exactly like a Badger Saturday only with less taste.

I hear the Shamrock will have $4 Jameson drinks.

Sham open at 8am for the best crack-infused brunch ever along with all the trad Irish crap.
