I like the original title better, but I didn't think it would fly here...

Author of much-derided Walker campaign Christmas letter is fired

They say it is because of two-year old anti-Hispanic tweets, but I think it is because of the (well deserved) abuse Walker is getting on account of the fundraising letter.

What is it about Walker's staff? When the pretend Koch brother called and got through to Walker, he first told the staffer who answered the phone a joke about getting his maid deported for losing his phone.

You're a monster, Scott Walker.
Your heart's an empty hole.
Your brain is full of spiders.
You've got garlic in your soul, Scott Walker.
I wouldn't touch you with a
Thirty-nine and a half foot pole.

And... they're keeping all the staff members who read it and approved it?

Or are they saying they just let anybody who can string two sentences together write anything they want, put Walker's name on it, and send it out without any proofreading?

... or maybe they're just saying "Kinfolk of Tea Bag donors will only be fired if the mistakes they make become an embarrassment to the governor."

That's still saying "we'd rather do damage control than proofreading."

Republicans have a problem with their "Christmas" messaging.

And soon enough they will have a big problem with Catholics. They keep telling them to take, the pope keeps telling them to give.

Why does the moderate and reasonable Scott Walker have all these all these horrible people working for him?

The Daily Mail made a similar comparison to the registry thing (of course): http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... riday.html

I gotta admit the cremation parody one is pretty funny. The right seems way ahead of the curve in one aspect of tech: 'shopped chain e-mails.

Walker fires his mistakes, meanwhile Kathleen Sebelius still has a job.

It would be interesting to find out where Walker's former aide ends up.

A nice public firing followed by a cushy little position in a quieter spot so nobody tells the press anything we don't want them to hear.
