I'll add that I'm usually sitting around drinking beer and not running on a tread mill or doing yoga. Although drunk yoga could be a good kickstarter business.

How about a laundromat with beer and yoga?

Too bad Zach Brandon moved on.

I was talking to someone this weekend who said that she and her husband would be doing 'Yoga For Couples' on Valentines Day.

I'm doubtful that I could talk my current flame into such an event. 'Yoda For Couples,' on the other hand, seems like a little more possible.

This statement has me scratching my head six ways from Sunday.
But since previous experience has shown discussing diet and nutrition on these pages is like addressing the Flat Fucking Earth Society, I'm going to save myself some grief and just wish you well in your future cardio rehab endeavors.

Thanks for the well wishing. The idea wasn't to eat, say, unlimited amounts of bacon and avocados drenched in cheese sauces day after day. Lean meats and eschewing frying, gravy, and sauces was also part of it, but yes, discussing diet can be like discussing religion. Then, too, maybe my metabolism is just too odd to cite as an example. Cocaine, for instance, used to make me hungry.
