I don't know about any other former Madisonians but the right to own a Kangaroo might be enough to get me to move back.

they occasionally roam the more rural areas of this region, presumably escapees who have not established. yet.

so this presumably includes the tasmanian devil (sarcophilus harrisii, boitard 1841), and the vagina or common north american opossum (didelphis virginiana, kerr 1792)?

did u folks know that opossums have a forked wanger?

Is that what the kids are calling it these days?

"I'm going to Daytona Beach over spring break! I'm gonna score some serious common north american opossum!"

Umm, it's already illegal to import mongooses into the US so I'm guessing that counts as 'regulation'.

And yes, already knew that about male possum anatomy. That is because it goes with the female bifurcated vagina. Hence the genus name of Didelphis which is part of the didelphimorphiid order of marsupials.

My husband and I were walking through the central court of East Towne mall and saw a large crowd of people surrounding a couple handling and hawking these creatures. They are very cute and this made us both very sad.
