The three local records I have listened to this year, in reverse chronological order:

Count This Penny
Hometown Sweethearts
Cribshitter

Saw CTP in Stoughton a couple weeks ago. Amazing.

Can't wait for the new one from Mandonlinament and Logjam's band.

Definitely second most of what's been mentioned!

There were a couple I didn't see in this thread. I was really impressed with Treefort's debut, Tres Fort. Cool Best Coast style vibe. From a while back in 2012 but still counts. http://treefortyeah.bandcamp.com/

Also Venus in Furs put out a great EP and I think a full length is coming soon.
