June 2nd won't fall on a Friday until 2017.

Barrett: Walker 'stonewalling' on investigation
Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett said Gov. Scott Walker is "stonewalling" the public by not releasing more information about his involvement with an ongoing secret criminal investigation and his creation of a legal defense fund.

The state Democratic Party on Monday called on Walker and the state elections board to release more details about the defense fund Walker created in connection with the probe that has led to criminal charges against five people close to the governor.

My fear is that Walker will be indicted after winning the recall election. If he then resigns (or is convicted of a felony, which would kick him out of office), Crazy Church Lady (if she too is reelected) becomes governor.

Oh, the horror!

It's not bigotry if it's accurate:

Same sex marriage is the same as marrying a chair=crazy
evangelical=church
becky=lady

ok, perhaps the "lady" part is a stretch.....

From my link:
Kleefisch offered her criteria for being governor: "My qualifications for a governor are a Christian man...

Since Kleefisch is a woman, she does not think she is qualified to be governor.

Also:
...if elected, she would make decisions in her official capacity the way she always has — by "relying on the wisdom and faith she has in Jesus." In the same flier, Kleefisch, who attends a nondenominational evangelical church in Oconomowoc and is married to state Rep. Joel Kleefisch, R-Oconomowoc, tied her opposition to abortion and gay marriage to her religious underpinnings. She recently drew national attention, much of it derisive, when she likened gay marriage to someone marrying a table, a clock or a dog.

Now tell me who is bigoted.

Meade, you claim not to be a Republican, but a moderate independent with libertarian leanings. So what is your view on equal civil rights for gays? Or are you in the Kleefisch camp on that issue?

bigot: a person obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices, especially one who exhibits intolerance or animosity toward members of a group

Kleefisch said, "This doesn't just have roots in the Bible. This has roots in fiscal common sense. We can't, at this point, afford to just be handing out money to anyone. This is a slippery slope in addition to that — at what point are we going to okay marrying inanimate objects? Can I marry this table, or this — you know, clock? Can we marry dogs? This is ridiculous. Biblically, again I'm going to go right back to my fundamental Christian beliefs, marriage is between one man and one woman."
(my emphasis)

Bumped for Meade. Dare he answer directly and honestly (in his own words)?

Just because you may vote on a party line doesn't mean you agree with every stance the majority of the party takes on an issue.

What does that have to do with Larry "Mr. Independent" Meade?
