Mason Lounge

Postby DCB » Fri Mar 23, 2012 3:13 pm

I've never been to the bar (its over on Park street). But they have a sign on the roof that they update from time to time, and usually its pretty funny.

Today: "At last! the phone books are here!"

or something like that. I got a kick out of it.

You should stop in.
Nice place with good tap selection.

I have been meaning to go as well.

Nothing? Are you kidding? Page 73 - Johnson, Navin R.! I'm somebody now! Millions of people look at this book everyday! This is the kind of spontaneous publicity - your name in print - that makes people. I'm in print! Things are going to start happening to me now.

Hmm, I have been to the Mason probably 20 times in the past couple years and I never noticed that sign on the roof. I am apparently not that observant. Anyhow, this place ranks in my top five for area bars. It's really great.
