Just pointing out how ridiculous Galoot's first shot against "teens and 20-something" for being anti-snitch was. If you're concerned about this, then go ahead and snitch. Otherwise, don't criticize others for not stepping up when you're not willing to do so yourself.

Jason, did you miss the part where I said I called the FBI, and set a screen shot to United Wisconsin and WisDems?

So go fuck yourself. What I refused to do was post that person's name here. So I'm not going to feed your insatiable curiosity. Too fucking bad.

As for the teens etc, we gave a writing assignment at East last week in most classes. Students were supposed to write about a value that was important to them. A large percentage listed "loyalty" as their #1 value.

I stand by my claim.

The only thing Joycie knows more about than "these kids today" is Baby Boomers, who are ruining everything he ever loved.

To be fair, I don't think this is a particularly new phenomenon.

Prison is filled with 30-somethings who held to those same cowardly no-snitching codes a decade ago.

beans, you're probably right, it just shocked me. And when I discussed it with another teacher, we both agreed that "loyalty" would not even be in our top 10 for our main values. Other teachers overheard the discussion and generally agreed.

Walker Opponents Plagued By Threats, Thefts

Opponents of Gov. Scott Walker said they have faced threats and thefts in the days since the recall effort began.

Two volunteers in the petition drive reported violent threats made against them to the police. Neighbors in Monona also complained to authorities of politically motivated thefts from their yards.

And David Blaska will assert that none of this is happening, has happened, or could ever happen...

I wonder if the paranoia about people getting fired for putting their names on the recall petitions is still just paranoia.

We'll see, I guess.

Huh... guess I did.

So go fuck yourself.

Whoa! That's some escalation, my anonymous amigo. Sorry to have impugned the fine "Galoot" name.

Well, as long as shots are being taken, you'll take yours, huh? Your username is a fine reference to your abilities on this Forum.

Edgewood college officials notified the campus community of the destruction of a recall petition against Governor Walker, but a campus official said there was no notification of police of the alleged crime.

In an email to students and staff, Edgewood Dean of Students Maggie Balistreri-Clarke wrote campus security was notified someone had destroyed a recall petition with signatures. The email notes such action is a felony crime.

A felony was committed, yet Edgewood official did not notify the police. Why the hell not?

They even know who committed the crime.
