I've made two pasta salads with arugula lately and both are fantastic. Neither one contains mayo, but you could add a dollop at the end (or the following day) if you prefer:

Thanks for posting these. I made the second one (macaraoni) last night and it was terrific with a side of fruit and nice crusty roll. Always enjoy pasta salads without the mayo, which I don't really care for.
