I had a very hard time adjusting to driving in London, sitting on the right, with a stick shift.

I had to shift with the hand I usually reserve for flipping off other drivers.

Never driven KC, but driving in Phoenix is ridiculously easy. You just have to remember that the major thoroughfares are all 50+ mph.

Now driving in Boston or DC? That's a nightmare.
