Where are you eating and what do you think? What's opening, closing, succeeding, failing?

Been there a couple times now. Went two Saturdays ago, with a friend, for lunch. Their BLT wrap was good and friend says the cheese melt was good. I've had their cold and hot redeyes. The cold one tastes like they used instant, too strong coffee, for the cold part, and bitter. The hot one was acceptable (but Cargo's has a rich, smooth finish). It was surprisingly busy today. (Overflow from Laborfest perhaps?) They did a nice job on the building. I wonder if they'll try to do anything outside. I'd go when my favorite's not open.
