I think you could also include an "and businesses" to your quote and it would remain just as accurate.

It is the collusion and lobbying (bribery) between the private and public sectors which is undermining what our founding fathers intended.

Amen.

Lack of demand, Obamacare, over-regulation, crony capitalism where government picks winners and losers....

Please explain how Obamacare has and continues to affect unemployment. Links with facts and figures, please. Make sure the links are nonpartisan.

Lack of demand

You said yourself, in this very thread, that demand doesn't create jobs.

Consumers don't create jobs.

Obamacare

This is plain false. It's a lie. Cannot be used in this argument. Try again.

over-regulation

Site an example. During the Bush years industry wrote their regulations and literally fucked the people who were supposed to be enforcing them. It didn't create jobs.

crony capitalism where government picks winners and losers....

Crony capitalism was far more prevalent under Republicans than it has been under Obama. Government "picking winners and losers" kept a million people employed in our auto manufacturing industry. It may not have created, demand is going to do that, but it didn't kill a single job (well maybe a few in China).

You didn't mention high taxes. It's not a factor in our current unemployment problem but you've said that it was at every single turn for the last I don't know, decade. Why have you all of a sudden dropped it? Has the curtain been pulled back on this lie to the point where even Ned Fucking Flanders can no lo0nger trot it out?

Lack of demand

Translated to "jitters over a weak economy," I could buy this one.

You mean bailing out the automotive, banking, and housing industries? You'd rather have had an instant, second Great Depression?

What else you got, Partisan Hack?

Geez Ned, you get schooled here every day, almost as badly as your girlfriends were schooled by the HNIC last night, how do you keep coming back?

Schooled? By whom? The DPF Wack Pack? The gang that thinks the Founding Fathers would have approved of our huge, ravenous, corrupt federal government? Who thought that a piece of legislation so unwieldy and onerous, so cumbersome, that hundreds of companies needed to request waivers to stall implementation was a good idea? A law so unintelligible that we were told that we would have to "pass the bill to see what's in the bill"? Who though Obamacare wouldn't stunt an already weak economy? Who thought that trillions of dollars in disappeared "stimulus" money heaped on an already unmanageable national debt would instill confidence in anyone? Who sat on the sidelines for two years while their Democrat Congress refused to pass a budget? Who elected a guy who started out by telling us, you know, you need to "spread the wealth" and who apparently will end by forcing the nation into default?

Schooled by this bunch?

Surely you jest.

Come on, Ned, the internet has been around long enough now, you know the rules: no link, didn't happen.

And answering a questions with questions is the sure sign of someone who has acknowledged defeat.

To be fair, the Founding Fathers probably wouldn't approve of much. Cell phones, automobiles, free slaves, plastic packaging, Beckham's contract with the Galaxy, the "Real Housewives" series, Jay Leno's NBC power grabs, pantaloons, women owning businesses, etc.

Hey Ned:

Do you accept monetary compensation for any of your posts on this forum?

Define "monetary".
