Vodka Gimlet (Stoli) - it's the only drink with booze I like. I'm more beer and sometimes wine.

I might end my tequila kick soon, as the mint in the clay pot is coming back from last year. Mojitos, with Appleton Estate (or maybe Mount Gay) rum.

Hank, have you tried any of the Appleton Estate varieties other than the red label? I believe Woodman's carries one or two others.

The black label variety was remarkably smooth. And they used to bottle one with a yellow label (I think this was a limited release)- less smooth than the black, but damn tasty nonetheless.

ChileCaliente Agave Tequila - neat. My parents brought me back a bottle from Playa del Carmen. I'm not usually a tequila drinker but this was really good.

Death's Door Vodka - on the rocks. I don't normally drink vodka either but I like DD's.

Glenlivet 12 year - rocks. My dad keeps a bottle for me when I come down for a visit. I had a glass with dinner a couple weekends ago.

Eagle Rare 10 year - rocks. My favorite bourbon.

Death's Door White Whiskey - rocks. I consider this the perfect nightcap.

I had a bottle of the 21-year-old that I bought at wholesale from a bartender. That's for drinking straight. Don't remember the color of the label, but I am colorblind.

20 year Pappy Van Winkle, neat
Bookers, neat
KBD 21 year "Vintage Rye", neat
KBD "Willett Family Reserve" 2 year rye, neat
Oban w/ 2 ice cubes

Also - finally tried the Angel's Envy at Longman & Eagle, back home. It's worth every bit of praise that's been lavished upon it. I've been letting friends that live in places where it's sold know that my birthday is coming.

Why the fuck would you ruin perfectly good whiskey by putting coke in it?
