I bought a used, yet not abused Shure SM-58 vocal mic today. Woo hoo, i.e. it's more than operational.

Definitely not a rip on 6d5, yet man, those Wurlitzers are going for the dough. $500 for a student model is the standard these days? I ain't ever selling my Wurli. Mi esposa bought a near mint 200A at an estate sale 5 years ago, yet the middle C reed is dead. Damn. Yep, near mint:)

6d5, what's the story on the JBL mixer? I see it seemingly had 4 octal mic transformers included or are those line level transformers?

the jbl mixer is normaly for line level, but with the transformers installed it works great for mics. kind of a strange item, but it's come in handy for me a few times, and it sure looks cool.

it was a yamaha CP30, long gone though. sold it over 3 years ago.
I've got a kick ass yamaha YC-45D for sale right now.
Make an offer.
