Google Analytics tells me 26 searches for "Kyle Motor" arrived at TDP in the last month.

26?

Wrong! I stalk the illusive Motor in his wild element, hoping to catch his daily activities on film in the moment, in a Wild America style.

Look forward to my definitive rocudramedy POWER CHORD PREDATOR AND WISTFUL ROMANTIC: THE KYLE MOTOR STORY. I'm looking to time the big screen premiere with the August Teens new record release. A Broadway adaptation starring Gary Busey is also being considered.

Hey, I don't need no stinkin' Google.

Unlikely? Mr. Joyce, I am insulted.

With the impending reunion of Dane county's most influential and underrated independent band, along with my everlasting appeal (not to mention notoriety as Madison's most desired bachelor), it seems perfectly likely that my dozens and dozens of fans would be searching high and low for the latest info on yours truly.

Hey Walter: Gary Busey? Really? He's neither handsome nor rugged enough to portray me. Although "rocudramedy" is an accurate summation of my life story thus far.

I was thinking Ed Begley Jr. after a couple months in the weight room.

He's too old.

I'll just play myself. I can probably act.

I was thinking back to Gary's The Buddy Holly Story tour-de-force, not our latter day Busey. Or, maybe Lethal Weapon Busey for pure sex appeal and bad boy charm.

Kyle could only play himself for the true portrayal. All others are by definition a pale imitation. Catch the sights, the sounds, and the smells of a hard working Motor at the Crystal Corner Bar on 2/6. 10 pm. $6. Bring your significant other at your own risk.

Walter, it looks like you're bucking for a management position with Motorco. You can book shows and promote. We are lazy and we don't pay. It's a win-win.

I had no idea that's what you kids were calling it these days.

I'm not management material. I am also lazy and my publicity skills peak with posting here a few minutes after I wake up before the apex of my enthusiasm ebbs. Although I do have gun and will travel, I believe the management weapon of choice in the topsy-turvy world of heavy rock is the cricket bat.

No matter what two consenting pseudonymous posters call it, it's still a hype that dare not speak its name. Rock-a-phobe.
