Hell of a marketing job this noon-hour if you were downtown. Anyone going? I'm tempted now.....

Saw them when they were here in early March. They were stupendous. That show ("Delirium") was quite different than past ones I've seen...a LOT of music and dancing (lots of very Latin/samba-type stuff). I loved it!! Best one I have ever seen.

It's an incredible experience under the 'grand chapiteau' or big tent. My only reservation would be the translation to an arena setting. We've seen five of the shows over the years and all have been a transcendent, though pricey, experience. We'll be off to Chicago this summer when their latest travelling show lands there, again - under the big tent.

All I can say is those Cirque fucks sure as shit better nurture my Inner Child or I'm gonna stomp some clown ass.

Have a magical, whimsical taste of fist, circus pricks.

Eh... I saw them under the big top in Toronto in 2005, and I was not really in the mood for that sort of creepy whimsy shit. The next morning I got ridiculed for not appreciating it properly.

I can't stop thinking of that Simpsons episode where they went to see Magique and everyone thinks it's cute when the performers rip up Homer's shirt.
