What animal is this?

If it doesn't fit anywhere else, it fits here

This isn't one of those there Robert Plant euphemisms, is it?

"Baby, when you're done squeezing my lemon
Won't you give my hedgehog a bath..."

- little-known alternate lyrics to "Livin' Lovin' Maid"

By choice? I dunno, but I'll bet they can, 'cuz if there's a mammal that can't, I'm unaware of it.

While young hippos are buoyant, adults of the species are not, so technically, they cannot swim.

Interesting - especially considering how graceful they look underwater.

As for the hedgehog bath - no, it ain't a euphemism, except maybe for a real good time. I mean, how friggin' cute is this?

Woodchuck love?

Postby Copeland1984 » Thu Apr 19, 2007 4:43 pm

I can't believe no one here has asked the age old question:

How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

I once knew a guy named Chuck Wood. I think he killed his parents.

I was shaking out rugs, on my back porch yesterday, when I saw a racoon climb on down, from a tree. I guess it was his or her dinner time stroll. We have racoons in Downtown Madison.

Or the foron version, "How much Woodchuck would Chuck Schick drink if Chuck Schick would drink Woodchuck?"

Back when I lived down there, I saw two crawl out of the storm drain at the corner of West Wash and Bassett and walk back into someone's backyard.
