Actually, I just started Chapter 7 in Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn. Throne of Bhaal is installed and ready to go as soon as I'm done.

Anarchy Online (free version)
Hitman: Blood Money
Quake IV Deathmatch

and still testing an upcoming MMO that I'm not allowed to talk about in public. I haven't fired up WoW in so long I'm pretty much ready to cancel.

Anyone looking for a free shooter?

Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory Some guys just released an HDR expansion for it. It's Quake III engine originally, so it might be OK for non top of the line cards. ROTCW was pretty fun - killing Nazis rarely gets old.

LEGO Star Wars II
Metal Geal Solid: The Twin Snakes
Mario Vs. Donkey Kong 2
Dragon Quest 8
Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of Cerberus

I haven't played BG2 in a long time, but I'm tempted to pop it back in. The NPC's are a lot of fun, but creating your own party tends to make the journey much easier. I assume you've played this game before, but if not, you're really going to enjoy the expansion. Despite the ability to push your characters to 30+ level, the game offers plenty of challenges. A fighter/mage with time stop is a beauty to behold.

You don't see any games with the depth of BG2 anymore. Everyone's so hung up on graphics that gameplay seems to suffer.

Mortal Kombat: Annhiliation

OK, sometimes I play but mostly I watch my b/f while I try to write my thesis. Never did finish RtCWolfenstein on the PS2, and my Doom III hasn't been touched since the week before classes started in August.

Can't wait for MK:Armageddon out on XBox next week, though.

I am never going to graduate.

Cripes, I still haven't gotten that far. I took a break from it due to a few other games, but would go back to DQ8 when I'd have several hours free and felt like leveling up some more. I think I'm at the point where the party needs to head towards the Abbey on the northern island. Don't recall how many hours in I am, though. I tend to travel back to various areas once I get new things to see what I can get that was previously inaccessible.

Right now, I've got Okami distracting me, so I think DQ8 will still be sitting on the back burner for a bit longer.

That's the spirit.

On a lighter note, I picked up Black for the PS2. Awesome game. Complete visceral thrill. Shoot anything that moves, if it doesn't, shoot it anyway and it'll probably blow up. Yay!

I'm just waiting for FFXII to come out... only a few more days. I'm even contemplating taking off a couple days from work to play.

Other than that it's been WoW.

Bout to start the original Guild Wars again. Of course, can't play Nightfall 'til I beat that and Factions....

I've got a lot of playing in front of me. That's what winter's for!
