Ok, so recommend me a scanner, this time with no technical limitations, just that I'd prefer it to be no more than $125 and have a compartment to scan slides. So probably a "photo scanner", although it'd be nice if it'd work well enough to scan text/drawings as well.

Anyone find me any good scanners for at least 30% off at the Circuit City blowout?

Nevermind about Circuit City - nothing left there.
Looked around at Office Max and Best Buy. The all-in-one (printer/scanner/copier) has really taken over the marketplace. I didn't see a single stand-alone scanner at Best Buy!
