Holding a LAN in Madison....

Postby jammybastard » Thu Nov 01, 2007 5:41 pm

Need some suggestions of places to hold a spring LAN party in Madison. This wouldn't be a huge event, but would be open to the public. It's mostly for folks in the Wisconsin Death Trip clan.
Cheaper is better, place doesn't have to be pre-wired but does have to have power.
Personally I'd like to find an empty warehouse space downtown.
Any help is appreaciated. If you want to contact me directly please use: jammyATtangymusicDOTcom.

Not a bad idea but I need a place that allows *adult* activities as well.
Drinking, smoking, general carrying on, etc...
We usually get an empty warehouse or conference room at a hotel that allows BYOB so ppl have a place to camp/crash as well as everything else.

I'll give them a call and see what kind of options they suggest.

I have a lot of ideas for spaces, but don't know if any of them allow smoking...

sorry, I should have clarified that meant "not indoors".
If you have ideas, lay 'em on me.
