Maybe you should be happy that your kids can read the word "fuck".
Are you "sick" of all expletives or just the ones on cars?

What I'm tired of is people being "sick" of anything that can be easily avoided or means nothing in their lives. If you can't explain "naughty words" to your kids maybe you should have used condoms/diaphragm. Being a parent myself I'm not afraid of the life that exists around us...instead embrace it and point and laugh at the idiots who put crap on their car...or their lower back! Tramp Stamp!

My kid beat up your Honors Student. Because that's something of which to be proud.

Other than that, there really aren't any in particular that annoy me, but I always chuckle at the cars that look like their owners got a $50 gift certificate to Northern Sun and used it all at once.

After a 3-year stint near Spaight St., I grew to really hate these two:

"I'd rather be reading Bukowski"

"She who laughs, lasts"

Along those lines, I wish people would stop referring to the Goddess on their bumper stickers. If we're tired of public God references, Goddess has to go too. Here's to secular transportation.

On the other hand, I kinda enjoy dumb stuff like "I (heart) my Chihuahua." It's probably someone really nice.

The guy who refinished our floors at the bakery had one of these on his truck. I asked him about it; turns out the guy's last name was Bukowski.

I asked him if he'd ever actually read any Bukowski.

"Yeah - he's okay," he replied.

I think my all time fave bumpersticker I ever saw was the one that read:

"I'm Not Fonda Hanoi Jane - Commie Traitor Bitch"

Somebody needs to just let the frickin' 60's go, already.

Oddly enough, I just received a random chain email about good old Hanoi Jane from a relative, full of aggro about some honor coming her way.

I'll always default to my father's line of reasoning on the matter: he wasn't too happy with what she did, but Barbarella got him to forget about Tet.

Always baffled by those "Friend of Fran" bumperstickers. Who the hell is Fran? Surely not Tarkenton, right?

I don't know, those ads for Johnson's Baby Shampoo he did about 30 years ago may still resonate with some folks.

I wanted it to be Drescher, but apparently it isn't her either.

My kids can't read the word "fuck" because there aren't any.

I'm sick of people who can't express themselves without using the word "fuck" on a bumpersticker. It shows a lack of thought about themselves and others.

So you're not afraid of what goes on in the world and enjoy sharing it with your kids? Awesome.

Where are the "I finger infants and I vote" bumperstickers sold? Your kids are behind the curve on that activity, I hope.

I'm not really a bumper sticker person in any circumstance, but for some reason "Not all who wander are lost" really annoys me. Maybe it's the font, maybe it's because it makes me think of Deadheads before Tolkien (free association, don't know why), or maybe I just don't want my Tolkien in bumper sticker form. But it bugs me.

Because it's true?

What would make men more likely to celebrate killing their own babies than women?

It's a stupid sexist remark that goes along the same lines as what Walter says about the word fuck.

The other day I almost stopped to help a car stuck in the snow....then I saw their bumper stickers.

This is one of the funniest posts of the day.

Btw, I too hate Coexist and couldn't believe the preponderance of this sticker in my neighborhood when I moved out here.

What makes you think an abortion is the same thing as killing a baby?
