We no longer have privacy on the internet.

The 265 members of Congress who sold you out to ISPs, and how much it cost to buy them

You can still opt out, but there is not specific site to do so. I emailed them directly and told them not to share my personal data.

Good luck with that. You might also ask them not to take away your health care if you're not wealthy.

A bunch of activists are raising funds to buy access to the browsing history of the senators and representatives who voted for this bill:

http://m.slashdot.org/story/324279

The article claims it was a party-line vote, with only Republicans voting for it. I haven't checked that. Anyway, the group supposedly has a poll to let people vote on whose internet history they buy first.

Party-line in the Senate; a few GOP rationalists in the House.

Clearly, RoJo's lack of spine enabled him to swallow the full sausage.

So, Roy, why do you think it was so important to Republicans to prioritize this bill allowing ISPs to collect and sell records of people's online activity? Why was this more important to the GOP than, say, doing something to actually make America a better place to live?

Roy: You cannot opt out on all the services. Plus, do you really think that Trump and his allies are going to allow that? Maybe this is a "wake up call" to many of the people who voted for Trump that shows he is not a savior but just another in a long line of sleazy politicians who want to have government in your face. Trump signed the bill (and pushed it).

I don't think it is important, nor did I say it was.

Why is it important to you to put words in my mouth. Also what does your post have to do with my calling Flam out for "shit-bombs?"

You evaded answering Ned Flounder's question. Why is this action at all important to Trump (even ahead of so-called tax "reform" and building the wall?)? And "how does it make America" better?

To me, it's just proof that "making America great again" and "Jailing Hillary" were meaningless "promises" made to people to deceive them and get their votes while the real plan of action was for something else: raid the treasury, make lots of money, and get tax breaks for the rich.

No I didn't. What don't you understand about: "I don't think it is important."
