First table: figures in 2011 dollars--which is to say, uncorrected for inflation.
Second table: again, figures uncorrected for inflation and no recognition of the number of people being served.
Third table: every red bar except the first one marks a year that hasn't happened yet, thereby comparing an actual average with a "projected" average.
Fourth table: again let's ignore inflation as well the number of people being served.
I hope you never took statistics in school, because if you did, that's a terrible indictment of our educational system. Or you know better, but enjoy lying.
To summarize your post: more people are receiving government assistance than before. Yes, so why is that? Could it be because your party has fucked over even the tepid efforts by the Democrats to produce a recovery for someone other than the 1%? Could it reflect the major shift of wealth and financial stability from the working class and middle class to the rich going on since, oh, Reagan? Could it be the result of decades of neoliberal "core meltdown" to US industry, moving all meaningful production offshore and leaving the folks in the US board rooms as the only ones not losing ground year after year?
Nah, it must be THE CULTURE OF POVERTY! THE DANGERS OF CREEPING SOCIALISM! RAMPANT ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION! GUN CONTROL!
