The Pack "wanted their team back" and decided to move on without Brett. Now he's moved on, and has a shot at another title. It is what it is.

Yep and if he gets there I'll root for him. Just like I rooted for the Bears against the Colts a few years ago. Although I won't be too heart broken if it ends up like the last couple of Vikings playoff blowouts.

I will root for him too. As a Bostonian, I understand that emotion takes over and you feel betrayed when players leave, but I've always been a Favre fan and I don't blame him entirely for how things have come to pass.

Did anyone else hear the Emperor's Theme playing in their head when they showed Ted Thompson last night?

So many big world opinions of us poor backwoods Wisconsin folks ... thanks for enlightening us. We're lucky to have you living here.

Hmmm...the MNF game had higher local ratings in Minneapolis than in Green Bay.

Since there were higher ratings in the Minneapolis market, I can only assume that Green Bay has more entertainment options on weekdays.

I don't know how those ratings work. I know, for instance, that in Milwaukee and the Twin Cities, the game was simulcast on over-the-air stations. Is that the case in Green Bay? I can't find any info.

In Milwaukee, 70% of households were tuned in compared to 59% in Minneapolis. I can't find good numbers for Green Bay, however.

According to that article, Milwaukee only had a 36 rating.

Channel 2, WBAY. And that goes down into the Appleton metro area as well, with its roughly 220k inhabitants.

1. david letterman +1,250%
2. packers vs vikings +950%
3. 2016 olympics +700%
4. erin andrews video +600%
5. erin andrews +600%
6. olympics +500%
7. google wave +450%
8. zombieland +250%
9. 2012 +120%
10. powerball numbers +60%

Meanwhile, in Minnesota:

1. twins tickets +1,150%
2. letterman +600%
3. twin cities marathon +550%
4. metrodome +250%
5. jimmy johns +200%
6. detroit tigers +200%
7. wave +170%
8. tigers +170%

Well, it looks like Roman Polanski is off the team. Shame, that.

Maybe they can replace him with Erin Andrews. Or some zombies.

Also - yer average Twin Cityean is apparently one hungry motherfucker for a sandwich.
