Did you really think it was over with Favre?

He's on the way to Minnesota as we speak, according to the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

Well there's still a chance he gets up there and changes his mind. Seriously though. I enjoy him jerking the Vikes around like this. If he ends up playing fine. He won't be any good. A-Rodge and the new D will light them up.

Wow, football in the NFC North might be interesting...

Wow, your provincialism might be clever if it weren't so trite and repetitious.

It's now an expression:
"To pull a Favre"
In Governor Doyle's speech yesterday, he said he wasn't going to run for reelection, and he promised not to "pull a Favre" and change his mind after the fact.

There's still time for Favre to change his mind at least five or six more times before the season actually starts. And then he gets to re-re-re-re-retire and un-un-un-un-retire all over again next season. It's the gift that keeps on giving, kinda like gonorrhea...

I don't think you know what this word means. But then again, you're an asshole and an idiot.

I'll go on record. Favre will not be good AND he will get hurt. He doesn't play more than a handful of games and the Vi-Queens don't make the playoffs.

Meanwhile in GB. The Pack will go undefeated and beat New England in the Super Bowl by 60 points. Even Mini-Ditka will be impressed.

The real question is, has Ted Thompson been run out of the state on a rail yet?

I'm officially making the push for GB fans to show up to the Nov. 1 post-Halloween game with the Vikings wearing Zombie Favre masks.

When will he even be ready to play?

I don't see any reason to hate on Thompson. I'm happy with the decision to move on to Rogers. He played great last year Favre didn't. Now all this drama could have been our drama again but this time MN gets to deal with it. Even better than him playing and playing badly would be if he doesn't pass his physical and doesn't get signed.

This just in. Favre is on the practice field in a Red #4 (no contact). John David Booty has switched to number 9. Mini-Ditka is nowhere in site.
