UW Women's hockey

Postby medbh » Fri Nov 02, 2007 2:56 pm

I'd like to take my son to a badger hockey game, and I think he'd get a big kick out of is the student section. The women's tickets are a lot cheaper and I would assume we could get better views too. But I've never been to see the women play, and I'm wondering if there's a significant number of people in the student section. Anyone able to let me know what the women's hockey games are like? Thanks

The student section at the women's games is significantly smaller. However, it is also general admission at the women's games, so you can go sit right with the students if you like. That's what I do.

You'll be able to find great seats without any problem, and the ticket price is fantastic. Obviously it's a much different vibe than the packed arena for the men's games, but still certainly worth going to.

The women's team beating the Evil Fempire was the only good hockey at the Kohl today.
