NOT a bummer. Margaret Thatcher is dead.

If it's news, but not politics, then it goes here.

That's about how I figure it too. Unless they can get shovels at less than 60 pence each. And we know how long those would last.

I think they should try it! My son was in Scotland last year and apparently they have plenty of time on their hands. I found an article that says the youth unemployment rate in Scotland is 23.7%.

Blergh. That's gotta rate as the dullest song ever inspired by such an evil public figure. Yawnsville UK.

"The kind people, have a wonderful dream
Margaret on a guillotine
'Cause people like you make me feel so tired...
When will you die? When will you die?"

Deep. Like summer after sophomore year deep.

If Morrisey had an orifice for every time he's whined about something that makes him "so tired," everyone who's ever uttered the phrase "Fuck Morrisey!" could literally do so.

That same song has come to mind for many Brits. They have pushed it to #1 on the UK charts and now some Tories are pressuring the BBC not to play it.

BBC faces dilemma as anti-Thatcher song tops chart

Well in case they need help, we can always ship some of the 22.9% of our own youth who are unemployed.
