Is the Capital Times just going for laughs now?

Is the Capital Times just going for laughs now?

Yesterday or the day before there was a story about a fight between two girls, at a school maybe, and now today we have the boys..

It's kinda funny, but do they mean it to be?

They also had this story yesterday:

Wandering bovine near interstate draws authorities

Motorists were doing double takes along Interstate 39/90/94 in northern Dane County, watching a wayward cow that escaped from a pasture.

The Wisconsin State Patrol sent a trooper to the scene, trying to corral the wandering bovine that was adjacent to the northbound lanes.

The story went on to assure us that even though the cow could meander up into the lanes of traffic, the authorities had no reason to believe it had any intention of doing so.

It's sort of like imagining the Hooterville World Guardian with a web presence, isn't it?

The state trooper had obviously spoken with the cow and both had agreed that a highway excursion would not be a good idea.

In other news, the Crigley family has narrowed their search for a new house paint down to two similar shades of green, Morning Mist and English Moss. Mrs Crigley is said to have firmly stuck with her original choice of Hatbox Brown for the trim.
