Good point.

Rising gas prices under Dumtya's watch? OMG! Panic in the streets!
Under I'll-Bomb-Ya's watch? Meh. Whatever. He's still better than Dumbya and we'll happily pay $10 a gallon.

Pussies. It's $6.95 a gallon in Poland, and that's even harder with what they pay you here. It'll probably be over $7 a gallon soon.

So, are all you "light" truck drivers happy with your decision to hold on to that clunker now?

I heard the average American will be paying $750 extra for gas this year.

By the way, the last paragraph in that section reads:

For the 2011 summer season, EIA expects net imports of motor gasoline and blending components to average 630,000 bbl/d, which is lower than the average 700,000 bbl/d seen last summer, due primarily to continued growth in domestic supplies and continuing strength in gasoline export markets.

Our price-volatility promoting numbskulls in the GOP would have you believe Obama has somehow kept US production from increasing, but this report puts the lie to that assertion.

Yeah, I'm happy. I'm especially happy I fill it up every five or six weeks unless I have to take a long trip to pick up something.

Love that bus pass. And I love it when the auto shop calls us asking if the mileage reading is right because they think the speedometer got disconnected.

The flip side is the sticker shock I get when I see how much gas has gone up since the last time I filled it.

To save gas the Interstate and highway speed limit should be lowered to 55.

Perhaps lower it for vehicles getting less than 35 mpg. Then have the others restricted to the right lane.
