April 4 election

"The Wisconsin AFL-CIO and local labor councils around the state have made endorsements for the April 4, 2017 general election. One the ballot is a statewide race for Superintendent of Public Schools and many local races. In my district, I agree with half of their choices. In most of the races (except DPI), there are two very good candidates. I'm in District 11 in Madison FWIW.

Marilyn Townsend and Arvina Martin. Both good candidates, I just happen to prefer their opponents.
