Nice rant from pj.

That really is a classic rant. And it even left out that Obama himself launched the missile that downed MH-17, and using only a toothpick dug all those Hamas tunnels into Israel to kidnap Catholic nuns and force them to smuggle processed plutonium to Iran. Thanks Obama!

Walker continues to play both sides on this issue.

Walker says he would back anti-outsourcing rules.

Gov. Scott Walker says he would support a measure to ensure that tax credits and other economic development incentives do not go to companies that outsource jobs.

In other words, Walker really stepped in it when he started criticizing Burke for her family's business having shipped jobs overseas. His own allies are complaining, including the ones on the Wall St Journal editorial page:

Walker is trying to serve two masters:

1) He wants to do whatever is best for Scott Walker, no matter who gets the shaft, and,

2) He wants to be the most loyal and dependable pit bull for the wealthy donors, no matter who gets the shaft.

What happens when #1 and #2 collide?

That's what we are seeing in both his attack ads on Mary Burke, and his dealings with the John Doe investigations.

And, for our Republican friends: I can think of Republican politicians in Wisconsin who have gone against the big money donors to do what they thought was best for the people of Wisconsin, whether you agree with them or not. For example, Ron Johnson, Glen Grothman, etc.

All I want is ONE example in the past 4 years of Walker going against his big donors to do what was best for the people of Wisconsin.

Can't do it. You see, what Walker’s big donors want is automatically what's best for Wisconsin. How can big donors possibly be wrong?

How silly of me. Of course you are correct.

I need to get on my knees every evening and thank whoever is up there for having the Supreme Court declare that corporations are people, and that money is speech.

I saw a great bumpersticker for sale:

I'll believe corporations are people when Texas executes one

Man!?
I remember cliche usually bothers you.
R we stuck with cliche as a 'winning' formula?
I surely hope not.

So many lower hanging items to observe,
Let us hope those that care (bark) won't be strung.

I donated $50 a couple of weeks ago and was immediately bombarded with about ten solicitations for more political donations. That's not a reason not to support Burke and other candidates, but it's a good reason not to answer your phone for about a week unless you recognize the number.

I try to keep my real name off the net as much as possible, and never give out my phone # for those types of solicitations. Although I do get snail mail addressed to my internet psuedonym now : )

You only have ONE internet pseudonym? Ha. I've got a whole little town of 'em.

I thought everybody did this.

And a week is nowhere near long enough to avoid their phone calls. Try forever.

Nooooo..... But I use one email address for message boards and stuff like that, and another for business stuff. And neither one has my real name in them. I originally feared someone breaking into a paypal account I had, so I just decided to try and make it as difficult as I could by not using my real name. It's paid off in other ways since then...
